As a Registered nutritionist with further training in disordered eating, I combine evidence-based nutrition, with mindfulness, intuitive eating, and self-compassion to address both the physical AND psychological aspects of nutrition. 

I have taken this approach as I have learned that our thoughts have a powerful influence on our eating patterns, how we feel in our body, and how we choose to take care of ourselves.

Using a holistic, non-diet approach, I help people to take back control of their health through nutrition, get off the diet rollercoaster,  and develop a happy relationship with food their body.
