We're proudly 100% New-Zealand owned and operated, and a small, family-run business. My interest in living a low-tox, sustainable lifestyle was piqued upon moving to New Zealand from Canada in 2014. As I explored career options in my new country, and we discussed starting a family, the opportunity to purchase Naked Baby came along. We saw it as an excellent chance to marry my passion for business with our desire to lead a low-tox, eco-conscious lifestyle. When our first son was born just 18 months after purchasing the business, we knew that our desire to lead an eco-conscious lifestyle would guide our choices when making purchases for his care. However, after enduring a hellish first few months post-birth before our son was diagnosed with severe food allergies, we realised that leading a low-tox life wasn't just a choice, but a necessity to ensure our family's health. Lowering our son's environmental exposure to nasty chemicals, toxins and irritants saw him grow and thrive, but took long hours of research to get to that point. We knew other families were battling through the same exhausting trial and error, and this renewed the passion for Naked Baby. As parents ourselves, we understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate a marketplace filled with baby products claiming to be natural. Our goal is to remove the confusion for new parents and prevent other precious babies from suffering the way our son did. At Naked Baby Eco Boutique, we have carefully selected each and every baby product to align with your vision to raise your children in a sustainable, low-tox environment.
