About Amanda van de Klundert I began Yoga 20 years ago whilst working in the corporate world. My yoga practise helped me deal with the stress of work life and provided me with a great sense of balance. I soon became addicted. Yoga became so much more than a physical experience and more of a connection and nurturing for my inner self.
Whilst living in Australia, Asia and Europe I practised many different styles and visited various workshops and retreats. In 2013, I felt ready to complete my Yoga Alliance Teaching Certification and share with others the great benefits Yoga can bring.
