Master Upholstery Experts was established by Bell Partsch in 2014 along with the support of his wife Tilianamua Partsch after she graduated from the school of business at Massey University.

With 25 years in the upholstery trade, Bell Partsch is a second generation upholsterer, having learnt the family business from his parents.
