Macrocarpa Specialists MacDirect would be the largest supplier of building grade Macrocarpa in the North Island. Additional to the sawmill there are onsite; dry sheds, a dehumidifier/Kiln, and a modern molder/4 sider.

90% of MacDirect log is sourced from plantation grown Cypress, which enables production of the highest quality graded timber. MacDirect has a dedicated team of workers led by Murray for several years.

MacDirect in the last 15 years has become the leading Macrocarpa supplier to timber merchants, builders and home owners. The emphasis at MacDirect is to produce a high quality, consistently graded Macrocarpa product. MacDirect also supplies a range of quality, easily assembled, kitsets. MacDirect is a privately owned and run company situated in Franklin, Patumahoe.
