Welcome to Kids In The Kitchen. We specialise at selling child-safe knives, cool storage and reusable lunchbox solutions for kids – online and at various markets in the Auckland area.

Many schools in New Zealand are trying to reduce waste and help the environment by implementing litter-free lunchboxes. This can be a challenge for parents, but we have a solution!

Kids in the Kitchen started out when full time mum Vanessa started looking for cool reusable products for her own kids, and discovered there were a lot of great products available, some of which weren’t available in New Zealand.

Vanessa was already running a stall selling pre-loved clothes and toys at second-hand kids markets which she enjoyed. Combined with a background as an early years teacher and full-time mum of two, the idea was born to start a small business selling litter-free, products at kids markets and online.

Our mission is to find and supply innovative food preparation and storage products for kids, from quality suppliers in New Zealand, Australia and beyond, to sell at markets and online.
