I have been coaching for the past 15 years, providing clarity and fast, effective results to my clients, whether it is in a place of transition, a relationship or gaining more clarity around a challenging situation.  Part of my coaching style is through narrative coaching which enables you to discover  more about the story you have been living from, and we look at where you might want to tweak that story to gain greater confidence and/or success in your life.

My focus is on creating a growth-based, secure and non-judgemental environment for my clients so they are curious and more motivated to explore new opportunities and ways of implementing them. My coaching role is to inspire and empower my clients to explore and learn to successfully use their strengths and abilities to access most effectively those opportunities that present themselves.

I offer a complimentary half hour session because I believe people need to know that what they are committing to, will work for them.
