Communicare CMA

We are a non-profit multi-cultural organisation which has Friendship Centres throughout South, East, West and Central Auckland for older, lonely or disabled people.

Our 23 Friendship Centres, are friendly and welcoming. Communicare CMA has been helping people since 1959, with the aid of our volunteer helpers.

Our guests enjoy various crafts, play cards or indoor bowls, enjoy music and relax in the friendly atmosphere.

Morning tea and lunch are served at a minimal weekly cost. Most Friendship Centres are open between 9.30 am and 1.00 pm.

Communicare depends on volunteer helpers for the running of the Friendship Centres. Do you have some time to give to helping others? If so, we need you.
